everyone saying that this theme brings back frustrating memories trying to get legendaries while im remembering this was the first song I heard when I found out my dsi could connect to the internet as a kid haha. Like I never was frustrated, I was just happy to be there.

Hey, if Lavender Town has a gym (which it doesn’t currently), there could be like a Ghost Type Gym Leader since the Pokemon Tower thingy had only ghosts and probably the Pokemon Tower can be transformed into the Lavender Town Gym and I hope they make it less spookier now that the theme sounds happier now

I'd like to think that the point of Lavender Town's theme song is to represent Mr. Fuji's guilt and sorrow after the incident that occured with his cloning research in the Pokémon Mansion. He was running away from all that responsibility and all the clones he made and 'killed' until Mewtwo was born. Mr. Fuji's guilt was reawakened after Team Rocket killed a Marowak. After Red dealt with Team Rocket and catching Mew and Mewtwo respectively, his guilt finally dwindled down. Years have gone by since then. His mansion burned down after the eruption of Cinnabar Island, leaving nothing. The Pokémon Tower now turned into a radio broadcast tower to properly seal the dead. Mr. Fuji has moved on and all the memories of the dead can now rest peacefully.

I get it Chatot take some of hard work reward for taxes of keeping the guild running but 90% of our money? That's way told much and we worked blood and sweat to fight outlaw or request for rewards. This is defamation

It sounds menacing, like a danger is looming over you, not to mention those few parts where the music reminds you of team rocket hideout theme.

This may unironically be my favorite track in the game. It captured the emotion in the moment so well. It encompasses the loneliness so well, and the stress of having to leave everything behind without turning back.
